Deschutes Dash Training Group

Designed for both the experienced racer and the newbie, our Deschutes Dash Training Group begins in March. Led by USAT Triathlon Coach Joanne Stevens, we’re offering both 12- and 16-week intensive programs to fully prepare you for the Deschutes Dash Sports Weekend in July.

Both the 12- and 16-week programs include coached workouts, running analysis, bike skills training, cool swag and discounts, including a $45 savings on the Deschutes Dash entry. We’ll also keep you focused and motivated throughout your training with coaching support via email. Both programs offer sprint distance training, and the 16-week program also offers Olympic distance training.

16-Week Deschutes Dash Training Group program runs March 26 – July 14. Cost:  $225

12-Week Deschutes Dash Training Group program runs April 23 – July 15. Cost:  $170

You receive:

  • Twice weekly, coached group workouts (including swim, bike, run and brick workouts)
