Strength Training Programs at Rebound SPL in Bend, OR Rebound SPL uses a customized workout plan of general and sport-specific exercises focused on building strength and improving balance. Sport-specific strength and resistence training involves far more than just lifting weights in the traditional sense. Rebound SPL takes a close look at the complate picture and athletic goals of the athlete as well as the indended sport to customize a plan with building a combination of explosive power, muscular endurance, and maximal strength.
