Muscular Reprogramming (NMR) as the foundation of the session, Tim tests muscles to find any compensation patterns that may exist and is able to “reset” them after doing the corrective work.

Depending on the need, Tim uses deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release and sports massage techniques to promote healing and realignment. Tim is available for “fix-it” sessions and for ongoing treatment to optimize health, wellness and performance.
