Altitude Tents
Research shows that sleeping at high altitude while training at lower altitudes improves physiological performance. The tents work by lowering the oxygen percentage in the sealed air tent to mimic the number of O2 molecules per breath at altitude. This process stimulates the body's natural ability to increase in red blood cell density and VO2 max as well increase in lactic acid buffering capabilities.
Rebound Sports Performance Lab has partnered with Colorado Altitude Training to provide guidance and equipment rental to help you take advantage simulated high altitude living and maximize athletic performance.
