SPL Services Overview
Whether your goal is to improve fitness or achieve top performance, Rebound compbines extensive physical therapy knowledge and national-caliber coaching to help you maximize your results. We also apply current sports science research and innovative technology to ensure the best outcome.
A team of physical therapists, coaches, nutritionists, massage therapists and sports psycologists join together to help you reach your potential. Following an initial consultation to evaluate your goals and fitness level, a personalized coach works with you to build a training plan customized to your individual goals.
We offer several training packages that are tailored to meet your lifestyle, athletic and personal goals. Two popular programs are:
Sport Program
Designed for the seasoned athlete needing a monthly program or someone looking for first-time training advice. Either way, we'll take the time to guide you toward your fitness goals.
Performance Program
Takes a more hands-on and customized approach features weekly guidance, access to Rebound's extensive strength training facilities and more frequent coaching sessions and technique training.
We also offer custom fit packages taking advantage of our unique services and tailed for your personal needs. These can include a combination of the following to supplement your coaching needs:
Physiological Testing
Rebound can help assess your current fitness level including maximal oxygen consumption (VO2) and lactate testing to providing quantifiable data to help plan training and periodically evaluate fitness improvement.
Biomechanical Analysis
Another important and often overlooked component of exercise and fitness. Using a video overlay system, we analyze body positioning and mechanics during your gait, swim stroke or on your bike. We evaluate and adjust your unique body mechanics, muscle imbalances and asymetrical movement patterns to help you maximize your efficiency.
Bike Fit
Rebound SPL specializes in meeting the custom needs of each cyclist with state of the art bike fitting equipment, analysis and advice. Our facilities are set up with everything you need to ensure you're maximizing your body postion and muscular composition while on your bike.
Bodywork
Rebound can help create a customized stretching, exercise and lifestyle plan to acheive your health and wellness goals.
Strength Training
Rebound SPL incorporates general and sport-specific strenght while improving balance.
Altitude Training
Research shows that sleeping at high altitude while training at lower altitudes improves physiological performance. Working with Colorado Altitude Training, we provide guidance and equipment rental to help you take advantage of altitude tent training benefits.
Fitness for Women
We consider women-specific body mechanics, chemical make-up, strength ratio and approach to training when customizing any of our fitness, nutritional or strength plans.
