Jenny Spears, L.M.T.

Jenny Spears first discovered her passion for massage therapy while traveling in Costa Rica.  She was given the opportunity to give massages as a work exchange and decided to give it a try.  The massage table was set up on an open-air deck surrounded by jungle, the smell of ylang ylang and the sound of the ocean.  The massage oil was coconut oil harvested from the coconuts of nearby trees.  It was a dream setting for both client and therapist.

It did not take more than a few massages for Jenny to realize she had to pursue a path in massage.  She cut her travel plans short and enrolled in a holistic training program at Ashland Institute of Massage.  Jenny has practiced massage in Ashland and Portland and she now brings her work to Bend.

Jenny approaches her work with creativity, presence and passion.  She specializes in a blend of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage and a unique form of barefoot massage called Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®.  Through her massage she strives to promote relaxation, recovery and rejuvenation from the roots up.
