Mat – Series of aerobic floor exercises performed in a specific order.
Beginning Equipment – Fundamentals of the Pilates method and beginning level exercises.
Intermediate Equipment – Faster pace along with more advanced exercises.
Rotation – We will be using the Reformer, Trap Table, Chair and other auxiliary equipment.
