Trap Table – helps to balance musculature with the support of the springs. This is a great class to help you release joint stress, deepen your body awareness and work on fundamentals.

Back Class – Equipment class that meets 2 times per week, teaches you awareness of a neutral pelvis and spinal alignment. You will notice improved strength, balance and flexibility. Designed for individuals with pain stemming from excessive movement and degeneration intervertebral joints and discs.
Mat – you will learn the fundamentals and principals of the Pilates method. Series of exercises performed on the floor that creates long lean muscles and a strong core.

It has been our experience that women who perform Pilates on a regular basis during their pregnancy feel great and are able to “bounce back” faster after having their baby.
Postnatal – Bring your baby and experience the feeling of getting back into shape from the inside out. This is a safe class and open to all postpartum Moms. If will focus on building strength and bringing the core postural muscles back into balance.

“Contrology (known as Pilates today) is a complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Through Contrology you first purposefully acquire complete control of your own body and then through proper repetition of its exercises you gradually and progressively acquire that natural rhythm and coordination associated with all your subconscious activities.”
– Joseph Pilates
