Bart Bowen
Bart's extensive professional cycling experience gave him in-site into the elite world of cycling science. He was coached by the leading exercise physiologists in the field with cutting edge training and testing techniques. Bart again developed another talent. This time it was helping other athletes achieve their goals by creating dynamic and effective training programs. Again, he saw early success when he coached two masters athletes to four medals in the 1994 Pan American Games in Cuba.

Richard Albrow
Richard has a Chemical Engineering Degree from Loughborough University, England and 14 years experience in the Southern California bicycle retail business, as past general manager of Nytro, B&L and Supergo.
Since being assessed by a C.H.E.K. practitioner back in 1998, Richard was hooked on the C.H.E.K. principles of how exercise should be prescribed, sequenced and performed. He has subsequently studied with the C.H.E.K Institute to achieve Level 2 Practitioner and Golf Biomechanic status.
Richard is also a certified USA Cycling coach, a current Cat 3/Masters road bike racer and raced triathlon for 11 years racing six times at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii with an Ironman PR of just over 9 hours.

Tim Monaco
Tim Monaco is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Golf Fitness and Corrective Exercise Specialist, C.H.E.K Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach and Multi-Sport Coach.
With over twenty years experience as a practitioner and athlete, Tim has focused on expanding and sharing his knowledge, and effectively guiding his clients. He continues to actively pursue the most cutting-edge information and products for his practice.

Dave Cieslowski
Dave comes from a national level Nordic skiing and multisport background. After skiing division one at St. Lawrence University, Dave lived in Park City, UT where he was the Nordic Ski School Director for White Pine Touring. In 1999, he was accepted into the XC Oregon elite development program and was consistently ranked in the top 100 skiers in the country. Dave has also finished in the top ten of the solo elite division of the Pole Pedal Paddle and was the captain of Team Rebound for the 2004 Raid North American Adventure Race Championships.

Max King
Max draws on coaching knowledge gained from 15 years of competitive running experience and some of the sports most prominent coaches, including Jerry Smith, Frank Gagliano, and Mike Manley. Max recently competed in the US Olympic Trials in the 3000m Steeplechase. He has been ranked in the top five in the US at multiple distances in USATF National Championships including selection to three World Championship teams. Specializing in running distances from 1500m to ultra-marathons, coaching programs can be tailored to fit each athlete based on his or her need. He also has several years of multisport experience though adventure racing and off-road triathlons.
Max has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University where he ran Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track.
