Rebound Sports Performance Lab Weekly Training Sessions 2008:
Evening workouts - through September 2008:
Tuesdays (starting April 22nd), 6:00pm: coached run (track, hill repeats, etc.)
Thursdays (starting April 24th), 6:00pm: coached bike or brick workout
Noon workouts - through September 2008:
Tuesdays (starting April 22nd), 12:00pm: coached bike or brick workout
Thursdays (starting April 24th), 12:00pm: coached run (track, hill repeats, etc.)
Each session focuses on a specific workout with coaching insights from Bart Bowen, Dave Cieslowski, Richard Albrow and Tim Monaco. Lactate analysis will be used on workouts that are applicable.

A 10 session punch card will be available for $100 and an individual session will $15. Punch cards are available at the front desk and soon online.
